This sunny, light and bright home in Dollar Point is located high on a corner lot with views of the lake from almost every room in the house! Enjoy the large sunny deck on the top floor and relax in one of the lounge chairs or BBQ with friends and family. Cozy up next to the grand rock fireplace in the living room with it’s floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. There is plenty of room for a large group with five bedrooms each with its own private deck. The master suite features a huge bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower. Close to Tahoe City for your dining and shopping pleasures.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans. Deck and BBQ may not be available during winter months.

Dollar Point recreation amenities: beach, pool, tennis courts, playground are not available to renters, unless rental stay is for 31 nights or more which will require a signed lease agreement, $5000 deposit and $50 processing fee.

"The house was even better in person. Comfortable and very clean, with all the amenities. Wonderful wrap around deck with a beautiful view of the lake. No issues at all. The main living area was perfect for family gatherings with an extra large dining table and another table to play games or do puzzles. Also easy to stream movies. Would definitely come back again.

Fantastic Tahoe Cabin for Our Family Gathering

"We had a fantastic family vacation at your Dollar Point cabin. Spacious living room, huge dining table, lots of roomy bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, very tidy, outstanding location with gorgeous patio views, quick drive to our fave restaurant Gar Woods, and excellent owner response! Incredibly comfortable stay

"I had stayed here with some friends for the weekend after my wedding and this place exceeded expectations as a stress free stay. Initially I had some issues with the lockbox for the key and I called customer service. I was expecting a long wait time but my call was answered within 5 seconds. The rep ended up having a solution immediately.

I will say this area is much more residential than I assumed. The people who live in the surrounding houses all follow the same set of rules. The property listing does say “Quiet Time after 9PM” and that’s not a recommendation - It’s 100% a requirement. The entire area is completely silent and you can hear everything outside.

The neighbors are much more friendly than I expected. Some even start conversations and give advice on the basic stuff with staying in this neighborhood - like bear boxes. Not sure what happened with the bear box, but there was trash in a large area around the house. The next door neighbor came over and helped pick up the trash.

All in all, I was impressed by this house. It was clean and spacious. What set this place apart was the available customer service and the neighborhood (something you don’t get from other places). This would be a perfect place for a family or a max 10 person group.

Amazing place

"We spend 3 days in this beautiful cabin. There is an amazing view to the lake. There is a lot of space for all the people here. Cabin was very comfortable (warm) inside. It was super clean. It has a very big and equipped kitchen, we prepared here dinners and breakfasts. All supplies provided (towels, soap, etc..). I am sure We will com back to this same cabin.

"Beautiful home. Most rooms have sliding glass doors with balconies. We really enjoyed the distant lake view from the living room balcony. There was also plenty of seating and comfy couches for lounging and watching movies. Thank you for a lovely stay!

"We chose this house for the spaciousness and view. Reviews were pretty good until a few right before we were supposed to go, which had us turned out that those bad reviews were nothing like our experience. The property was well represented on the site and we got what we expected. Furnishing were older but the house was clean, the kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed to prepare and serve our meals.The view from the deck was wonderful and we spent a great deal of time out there, whether it was with a book and coffee in the morning or appetizers and wine in the late afternoon. There were golf courses within reasonable drive and plenty of great restaurants very close by.
We had no need to deal with the manager as we had no problems during our three night stay. The only two negatives for us were that the beds were not comfortable (too soft) and, since the house sleeps ten, it would have been nice to have more furniture on the deck to accommodate everyone.

Large, nice home with beautiful views

"Almost everything you want in a Tahoe rental. Nice, large home. Amazing views. Very comfortable. Only complaints were the Wi-Fi was ancient and slow (they had another high speed network but no password provided for that one). Kitchen wasn’t cleaned well (e.g., coffee pot not cleaned,etc.). But mostly quite nice.

"AIROLDI'S VILLA in Dollar Point was a great space for our 3 families (10 people). The house is comfortable, lived in and provided everything we needed over the week we were there. The only drawback, which was a big one, was the we couldn't enjoy any of the amenities of Dollar Point when we were there due to a recent HOA ruling. I'm not sure we would book a home in Dollar Point again in the summer, as we weren't able to enjoy the beach, pool or tennis courts while living in the neighborhood.

Great bones of the house-dated furnishings

Jets don’t work on tub & drain leaks in MBA, Many water spots on MBA shower
Porta crib would be helpful-had to pay $10/nite for 18 mo old grandson,
Only two keys for ten people, Only a dribble of dish soap left
Toaster barely worked, MBR socket plate broken
Very spotty internet (2 on summer online classes, one working from home)
Dead Cockroach In LR, Spider Webs & spider in LR & Stairwell
Pot very dirty in cupboard, Cookie sheet dirty left in oven
Hand soaps in BAs-very little left, No tissues
Indoor/outdoor Carpets are SO dirty our feet are black walking around barefoot
Dryer doesn’t dry well, Dining Chair back popped out when just sitting. Several chairs feel wobbly.
Basically, housekeeping needs more oversight. Some updating/remodeling. For price, expect more. BUT views of lake are beautiful!

"We had a good week. The property was satisfactory. The oven was not clean upon arrival. Location is convenient. Property was clean except for the oven. Property management is most helpful and courteous. I would recommend property. The $10 per person per day to use beach is to much.

Big house on the corner

"We just got back from a few days in beautiful Tahoe. We had an amazing time and the weather was spectacular. We rented a large home on a corner lot in Dollar Point for a total of three families, six adults, six kids. The house is shown to sleep a total of 12. However, we didn't realize that kids would have to share full sized beds. We ended up having our youngest son sleep with us in the King size bed so that our 13 year old could have his own bed. Two of our friends' daughters had to share the other. The house would be a better fit for up to 10 guests. The interior of the home is very dated in decor and style but it was clean and the kitchen was great. There is an ant problem in the shower in the master bathroom but it did not bother us too much. The views are amazing from just about every room of the house! We loved the private beach area and spent one full day there. We knew there was a fee for the amenity center (pool/tennis) which we didn't plan to access. However, we were not expecting to pay a fee to access the beach. We paid $10 per person (adult and child the same) to get in on Saturday. We have fun wherever we go and had a great vacation. Overall it is a good house.

"The house is nice and has a wonderful deck, but having been there for 10 years we were hoping for some updates. Would be nice to have a newer sofa or at least have it recovered, the current one is dated and very dirty as are the pillows. The chair next to it is also very old, the seams are torn and some are held together with tape and or glue! Yikes. Some of the beds are newer but some are old and tired. We love the location and the overall layout and design of this home is lovely, but it could use some updates.
