Located in Brockway - approximately 9 miles east of Tahoe City. Open living/dining area with panoramic lake views, beamed ceilings, lots of natural wood throughout, wet bar, beautiful stone fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, washer/dryer and lovely lake views from two of the downstairs bedrooms. For your summer enjoyment, this lakefront home has a nice lawn area and a propane BBQ grill. There is also a guest house that can be booked as well(summer only). Not far from Kings Beach Recreation Center, enjoy sandy beaches, swimming, parasailing, canoeing, kayaking and a basketball court. Kings Beach also offers a boat launching facility depending on the lake level. Other outdoor activities include hiking trails, biking, boating, water skiing, fishing, sightseeing and dinner cruises on the lake, downhill skiing, cross country skiing and snowmobiling.
This North Lake Tahoe vacation rental is also close to Brockway Golf Course, Northstar-at-Tahoe, Mt. Rose and Incline Village. The North Shore casinos with gambling, great food and music/dancing at Crystal Bay are just 5 minutes away. Walk to restaurants and shopping.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans. Deck and BBQ may not be available during winter months.

"We love this property because it is perfectly located in King's Beach with the amenities we are looking for, such as adequate sleeping space, dining space and outdoor space for soaking up the sun. And, of course the pier and buoys are perfect to dock our boat and jet ski. We always have so much fun when we come here.

"Great location at King's Beach. Small private sandy beach for lounging and dipping toes into the lake. Beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. Got some lovely sunset pictures. Well stocked kitchen. Appliances older, but fully functional. An excellent experience overall. Would rent again in the future.

"Unfortunately the property has a hot water issue, possibly a Small water tank. We were boiling water for baths. Unacceptable for a ski vacation.

This renter never mention a problem with the water heater during his 5 night stay, the renters that arrive directly after had no issues with the waterheater.

"Stayed a few days in April at this location with family. Beautiful location, the communication with the property management was very prompt and professional. House itself was well maintained. We have stayed before and we will again

"We had a very nice stay. We have stayed there before and we will again. The location is great: private sandy beach, quiet, safe street, walking distance to restaurants, playground etc.
What improvements would I suggest? Paint the downstairs bedroom walls white, or put in ceiling lights; those rooms are very dark, especially when you come in from the sunshine during the day. Another shelf for toiletries in each bathroom would be nice. And put the bear-proof trash box OUTSIDE the fence so the trash guys can easily pick up weekly - all the other houses do.
