It is located close to all amenities which include a beach area, pier, swimming pool, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor spa, sand volleyball court and courtyard BBQ facilities. There is wifi at the unit. It is in a great lakefront development for a family vacation. Close to bike & hiking trails and just adjacent to a public boat launch. Very close to Tahoe City for fine dining, shopping and entertainment. The central location provides an easy drive to ski resorts like Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood. Hair dryer, pack and play.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

"We had a great weekend stay in this condo! It was clean, comfortable and centrally located. We took a walk around the complex and down to the water where there is a cute little beach. The beds were great and the kitchen was well stocked - even saved a morning recipe because I forgot brown sugar! We would definitely stay here again.

Complex is waterfront! Close to things!

"The property was close to things. Nice waterfront property. You can’t really see the water but the complex is waterfront. The add states there is access to hot tub in community. It is worded in a way to cover the company if it’s not. IF this is important (like it was to us), I suggest you clarify. We struggled to find it. We were told see the map in the book. There was no map. It would have been really helpful to include instructions on how to use the “key” for the fireplace. We have experience with fireplaces but never used one with this feature. There was trash not empty and hair in one of the showers. The beds and bedding were heaven!! Overall, great stay. Biggest thing is upgrade the book with more details.

"The condo was great! Check in was easy and the condo was clean & well stocked. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the lake & pier. The grounds were well kept & the complex was quiet. Would definitely stay there again!

Great time at Tahoe - St. Francis Lakeside#2!

"Great location. Perfect place for 3 bedrooms worth of guests (we only had 3 people and only used 2 rooms). We used the outdoor gas grill for all our dinners (meet and veggies and potatoes) never even using the stove except to heat water in the morning. Ate our meals out on the deck. Nice forested view. Well equipped kitchen though the ice maker didn't work...bought some ice.
Crystal clear pool, nice grounds - walked around and down to the lake. Our guest had brought his paddle board but after mountain biking, was too tired to try it out, but the shore looked like a fine place to launch.

The week we were here, occupancy across the complex was clearly way below 50% so it was very quiet. Like many Tahoe places, it heated up during the day, so we were lucky to have it cool down early. If the days had been in the 90s, it would have been very warm in the condo until late at night.

Walked to Tahoe City daily (only about a mile) and location was a great base for mountain biking - Paige Meadows, Tahoe Rim Trail without a car, and drove over to the Flume trail (about 40 minutes). Great time! Would stay here again.

Great Tahoe condo!

"This Tahoe condo was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped, large living room with ample seating for everyone. The bathrooms were recently renovated and overall the unit was very clean. We used the BBQ one night which was great for dinner. Easy parking and great location to access multiple summer spots on the lake.

Good place to stay walking distance

"The unit is in good condition and very clean and equipped.
The only thing that was a bit annoying was that even though we didn't have to do the full cleaning before we left we did have to do some chores such as removing the linen etc. Otherwise we would be charged extra. If felt a bit impersonal. I definitely do not want to do chores on my holiday. There was no indication of what that extra charge would be. We did not have the option to choose the full cleaning at the time of booking.

Weekend Getaway

"Took a quick weekend trip to Tahoe to try to get some last minute skiing in. We know the area well, and this condo fit the bill, location wise. Condo is extremely well appointed and you'll find everything you'll need for your stay. TV was loaded will all sorts of streaming services, making for easy movie watching. Our only complaint was that the house cleaners did not leave an adequate number of towels for our party size. And, given that we arrived Friday evening, we were not able to make contact with the property manager. We did reach him Saturday morning and I thought he was going to drop some towels by, but that was not the case. We made-do with what was provided.

Had a Great Family Vacation with the Grandkids

"We had a great time at this rental. It was very clean & spacious for our family of 8.
Our grandsons (ages 2-5) had fun playing in the private backyard building snowmen & throwing snowballs. The beds were very comfortable and the boys loved the queen bunk beds.
Restaurants, shopping & playgrounds are close by. We had fun exploring the town close by.
We called the property mgmt company 45 min b4 check in & they allowed us to enter, which was really nice. We had the floor lamp fall over & I called & left a msg with PM (as instructed). All instructions were easy to follow & the condo had everything we needed.
We look forward to renting again & especially renting through this property management company, which are very professional, organized & very nice.
Please thank the owners for allowing us to rent their property. We created some beautiful memories with the grandkids.

"This unit was hard to find in the snow. Google maps took us to the opposite corner of the complex. The broker check-in description should have given better directions.
Comfortable, well kept, lots of light and views in the living area.

"The condo was just as the pictures showed. It was clean, spacious and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and a few necessities like paper towels, dish soap, etc. We did not find any kitchen towels, which we could have used. The silverware drawer needs to be repaired so it does not fall out when you open it. You wouldn't want that to fall on someone's foot. The beds and linens were comfortable with the exception of the master bedroom pillows. They were worn out and very flat. We loved the patio and sitting outside watching the many birds and squirrels. We will stay here again if we are back in the area.

Tahoe stay

"We had a nice time at this unit, which was spacious. We liked the fact that it’s a single story unit. The rooms are spacious. Pretty nice kitchen and living/family room. The unit has great internet access.

We walked down to the beach and used the pool and hot tub. We willlike to stay again next year.
