Great Lake Tahoe location, close to the lake(NO LAKE VIEW), shopping and dining or just a short drive to skiing at Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley USA. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has nice furnishings, brand new carpet and bedding and offers plenty of room for family and friends. There is a flat-screen TV and DVD in the living room and a TV/VHS combo and computer in the master bedroom. There is a king bed in the master, 2 twins in the first guest room, 1 double in the 2nd guest bedroom. This is split level home with the master of the 3rd floor, living area on the middle floor and 2 guest bedrooms on the lower floor. The large deck is great for entertaining or relaxing in the sun. There is WiFi in the unit. The Northshore condominium complex is surrounded by pine trees and has a beautiful white sand private beach with a deep water pier along Tahoe's north shore. Summer guests have private access to the pool and tennis courts, pickle ball courts and bocce ball courts. There are chairs and umbrellas, first come first serve. Parking at this complex is by permit only, up to 2 cars. Great Lake Tahoe location, close to the lake, shopping and dining or just a short drive to skiing at Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley USA.

**Renters much sign a waiver of release of liability with the HOA to rent this unit.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

Our summer time stay in Pinedo's condo

"The condo was comfortable and the beach and pool access were outstanding. It was in the high 80s when we were there and the upstairs master bedroom had no AC. The vaulted ceiling made the hot air get trapped up there. It was nearly impossible to sleep even with windows open and fans going all night even tho we had drawn the shades during the day. I feel the owner could install an AC window unit in that room for not a lot of expense. I felt badly for the people who stayed in that room.

"Our family of six enjoyed our stay at the condo. It’s nothing fancy, but was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacay. The best part for us was the access to the private beach which is about a 5 minute walk from the condo.

"Great location- walking distance to the beach and short drive to Tahoe City and ski resorts should you rent in the winter. Property is a bit dated but roomy and comfortable and the deck in June was amazing.

"Good cabin, has all the resources. One huge problem is they take forever to release your security deposit. Its been more than 1 month and I still don't see the security deposit charge reversed, so pathetic!

Three nights in a fantastic location

"The property was well equipped with a great kitchen allowing us to cook each night fairly easily. All was clean and ready for use. Rooms were well set out for two parents and two adult children.

Location was very good for us but you will need a car for your stay as it is a bit out of town.

Minor challenge was arriving after dark and struggling to find the correct property - the numbers were not on the street - only right aboove the entrance.

Other minor issue was that the heating wasn't all that consistent in the lower level requiring additional heaters to be run before going to bed. We did have very cold nights so only a minor inconvenience.

"Overall a nice place and decent location to the north-west shore. The only real issue we had was any movement above the floor you're on is very creaky and loud. The pool area wasn't a long walk and nice setup, but I do wish there was closer lake access from the property itself.

"Great apartment and stay. We had a storm come through during our stay. It would have been nice if someone had communicated the condo association’s plans for snow removal. There weren’t many cars staying and ours consistently was the only one snowed back in when the snow removal truck came through. So much work!

"Our family of 5 (3 kids aged 10-12) enjoyed our stay at the Condo. It was clean, comfortable, and great proximity to the lake with a private beach, Tahoe City nearby and the rest of north shore Tahoe within easy access. We enjoyed our stay and would be back.

Perfect family trip

"We rented this unit for 3 adults and two toddlers. It was perfect. It is a quick walk or drive to the very nice private beach. There was always a free umbrella and chairs waiting for us. We left some things behind when we checked out and the management was very accommodating to help us get it back. Hope to come back soon.

"Well stocked condo and roomy. Nice pool area and beach is am easy walk down the hill. Not the best sand on beach but nice to have umbrellas and chairs ready for us. Beach attendants were helpful.

"The kitchen is a little lacking in utensils, specifically the knives department. Other than that, perfect location, quick easy walk to the lake. It is a 3 story townhouse which was a surprise. WiFi but no password, which was fine for me, drove the teenagers nuts!
