How do we get a key for the house/condo that we have rented?
You will be provided with a lock box combination or description of the key placement in the confirmation packet that is sent out via email as soon as your booking is complete.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel outside of 60 days your deposit will be debited for a $100.00 cancellation fee. Any pre-paid lodging fees will be refunded.
If you cancel 60 days or less prior to arrival the full amount of the rent will be forfeited. The tax, cleaning fee and deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
If the property is rebooked to another party for the same rate and dates, all monies will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
What time is check-in?
Check in is at 4pm (these times are very important during the peak seasons to give our housekeepers time to do their jobs)

Check out is 10am (these times are very important during the peak seasons to give our housekeepers time to do their jobs)
Is there a BBQ at the property?
Most of our properties have BBQ’s
Is there WiFi at the house/condo?
All of our homes and condos have wifi, however, we can not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted service and do not give discounts for outages that are out of our hands.
Does my property have a washer and dryer?
All of our homes have washers and dryers.
Do I need to bring anything extra?
All of our homes and condos have fully stocked kitchens, including coffee makers, dishes, flatware, cups, mugs, wine glasses, pot, pans, baking sheets & utensils. Some kitchen have extras like blenders, mixers and crock pots, if you need a specific cooking item you may want to bring it just in case.
All homes and condos have bath towels, wash clothes and hand towels. They also all have bed linens. Some units have beach towels but you may want to bring your own just in case.
We do not supply paper products – some rentals have extra paper towels and toilet paper others do not. We try to make sure there is at least one roll of paper towels and at least one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom as a courtesy. If you are staying longer than a weekend you may want to stock up on these items.
Does my property have A/C?
No. Only one house we manage had A/C it is the Reece House.

Our answering service is available 24 hours a day and can get a hold of us for you by calling 530-583-3723. If it is a medical or life-threatening emergency please call 9-1-1.
